Dark Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the cookies cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely

Is the sauce too thick Add a little of the pasta cooking water you saved to thin it out

To your liking, add salt and more black pepper

If you want, you can serve it right away with extra Pecorino Romano cheese and black pepper on top

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can 10 ounces red enchilada sauce

  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions:
