Ingredients:
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro optional
Instructions:
Add pineapple chunks, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes to a blender
Blend until smooth
Mix everything together until its smooth
Put the mix in a small saucepan and heat it over medium-low until it starts to simmer
Turn down the heat and let it simmer for five minutes, stirring every now and then
