Ingredients:
- 1 can 15 ounces black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup shelled edamame, thawed if frozen
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 burger buns, toasted
- Optional toppings: avocado slices, lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard, vegan mayonnaise
Instructions:
In a food processor, combine black beans, edamame, oats, red onion, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper
