Masala Egg Croissant Sandwich

A tasty breakfast croissant sandwich made in the Indian style, with masala-spiced scrambled eggs inside.

Ingredients:

  • 2 croissants
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves, chopped

Instructions:

Slice the croissants in half horizontally

In a bowl, beat the eggs and add chopped onions, green chilies, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt

Mix well

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat

Pour the egg mixture into the pan

Scramble the eggs until they are cooked through

Place the egg mixture onto the bottom halves of the croissants

Top with sliced tomatoes and chopped coriander leaves

Cover with the top halves of the croissants

Serve hot and enjoy
