Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops, bone-in
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl
This will make the marinade
Put the green beans and pork chops in different bowls
Split the marinade in half and pour a lot of it over the pork chops
Cover the green beans with the other half of the marinade
The green beans and pork chops should be marinated for at least 15 minutes so that the flavors can soak in
The pork chops should be grilled for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them
Make the green beans in a grill basket while the pork chops are cooking
Cook them for 8 to 10 minutes, or until they are soft but still crisp
Put the tasty green beans next to the grilled pork chops
These grilled pork chops and green beans will make you feel like youre in the Mediterranean
