Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2-3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
Instructions:
Set oven temperature to 175C 350F
Almond flour, coconut flour, salt, vanilla extract, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup should all be well combined in a bowl
Form the dough into tiny balls and arrange them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet
Press down gently with a fork to slightly flatten each ball
Bake for ten to twelve minutes, or until the edges are browned
Place the cookies on a wire rack to cool completely
In the meantime, mash the ripe avocado in a bowl until its smooth to make the frosting
Mash the avocado and stir in the maple syrup and cocoa powder until smooth
After the cookies cool, cover each one with a generous dollop of avocado fudge frosting
Melt some dark chocolate and drizzle it over the frosting
Let the chocolate solidify before presenting it
